本文报道难治性感染症病人的５８份临床标本培养细菌Ｌ型所做药敏结果，为临床治疗提供选用抗菌药物的参考。从治疗结果分析，疗效并非均有效，即有些治愈，有些好转，有些无效。细菌Ｌ型对抗菌药物的敏感性易变。同一病人不同时期标本分离的细菌Ｌ型可以不同，药敏结果也不同。２４份已回复的细菌中，有的一份标本同时存在两种不同Ｌ型菌，提示临床对细菌Ｌ型感染者应做多次培养多次药敏，以求合理选药及时调整。
This article reports 58 patients with refractory infectious disease clinical specimens of bacterial L-type drug susceptibility results made for the clinical treatment of antimicrobial drugs to provide a reference. Analysis from the treatment results, the efficacy is not effective, that is, some cure, some improvement, some ineffective. Bacterial L-type susceptibility to antimicrobial susceptibility. Bacteria isolated from specimens of the same patient in different periods may have different L-forms, and susceptibility results may be different. Of the 24 replied bacteria, some of the specimens had two different types of L-type bacteria at the same time, suggesting that multiple drug susceptibilities should be cultivated repeatedly in patients with bacterial L-type infection in order to rationally adjust the drug in time.
