国际国内都公认邓小平同志是十一届三中全会后我党我国一系列重大政策的总设计师。他在长期的革命和建设的实践中,特别是在解决社会主义现代化建设新时期的一系列重大问题中,运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法,对领导决策问题进行了多方面的精辟论述。这些论述,丰富和发展了毛泽东思想中有关领导方法的理论,对各级领导决策都具有十分重要的普遍指导意义。对这些论述,笔者试从以下六个方面加以阐述: Both at home and abroad recognize that Comrade Deng Xiaoping is the chief architect of a series of major policies of our party and our country since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Government. During the long-term practice of revolution and construction, especially in solving a series of major issues in the new period of socialist modernization, he made use of Marxist standpoints, opinions and methods to conduct brilliant discussions on the issue of decision-making on leadership. These expositions enrich and develop the theories on leadership in Mao Tse-tung’s thought and have a very important universal guiding significance for the decision-making of leaders at all levels.
