According to Article 27 of the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households in Urban and Rural Areas promulgated by the State Council, our bureau has formulated the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Regulations on the Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households in Urban and Rural Areas. The registration and management of private partnerships and private enterprises may be implemented with reference to the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households in Urban and Rural Areas and these Detailed Rules without prior enactment of corresponding laws and regulations.
