一、为鼓励受行政处分的国家机关工作人员积极改正错误,努力工作,特制定本办法。二、受撤职以下行政处分的工作人员具有下列条件之一者,应予撤销处分:(一)受行政处分后,在工作中有显著成绩者。(二)受警告,记过或记大过行政处分后,经过半年至一年工作或学习的考验,证明确已改正错误者。(三)受降职或撤职行政处分后,经过一年至二年工作或学习的考验,证明确已改正错误者。三、撤销国家机关工作人员行政处分的批准程序,为与本院颁布之「国家机关工作人员行政处分批准程序」一致,应依下列规定办理:
