“知而不行,言而不信”是目前学校德育的尴尬现状。如何增强德育的实效,让我们的德育工作落在实处?从一个班主任的角度而言,我以为途径之一是选择好德育的契机,唤醒学生内心积极的情感体验并辅之以积极的行为训练。
“Know and not, words and not believe ” is the awkward situation of school moral education at present. How can we enhance the effectiveness of moral education so that our moral education can be practiced? From a teacher’s point of view, I think one of the ways is to choose a good moral education opportunity to arouse students’ positive emotional experience and to help them with positive behavioral training .
