利用nor突变基因配制番茄一代杂种的研究

为了选育耐贮藏的番茄,利用带有nor基因的LA1793番茄与普通栽培品种新锋4号,强力米寿,满丝,特罗皮克等进行正反交。研究了杂种一代果实的大小、产量、耐藏性和一些营养成分在贮藏期间的变化。结果表明:F_1的单果重、产量比普通栽培品种小、低。滴定酸、总糖量和维生素C在一般条件下长期贮藏后有所减少,但贮藏寿命可达两个月,比普通品种约长一倍。从对LA1793杂种一代的观察表明,另一亲本的耐藏性也直接影响F_1的贮藏效果。 In order to breed storable tomato, tomato LA1793 with nor gene was used for reciprocal crosses with common cultivars Xinfeng 4, Strong Mishou, Mansi, Tropic and so on. The fruit size, yield, storability and changes of some nutrients in hybrid generation during storage were studied. The results showed that: F_1 single fruit weight, yield less than ordinary cultivars, low. Titration acid, total sugar and vitamin C in the general conditions of the long-term storage has been reduced, but the storage life of up to two months, about twice as long as the average variety. Observation of the F1 generation of LA1793 showed that the storage stability of the other parent also directly affected the storage effect of F_1.
