住房公积金制度作为我国住房制度改革的重要内容和中心环节,建立至今,已经走过了十几年的历程,从不为人知到家喻户晓,住房公积金不仅成为市民普遍关注的热点,而且直接影响并改变着市民的生活。但是随着公积金事业的发展,公积金制度覆盖面小、归集困难等问题逐渐暴露出来,部分单位甚至出现挤占、挪用、截留住房公积金现象,成为阻碍推进住房公积金制度的突出问题,加大住房公积金行政执法力度,维护职工的合法权益,必须摆上住房公积金管理部门的重要工作日程。
