采用电子自旋磁共振波谱仪(electronspinresonance,ESR)及自旋捕捉剂(ph-enyl-N-tert-butylnitrone,PBN)直接检测冷冻伤脑水肿的自由基改变;同时检测脑组织的丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)及脑组织含水量。结果显示:冷冻伤脑组织与对照组相比,自由基、MDA、含水量明显升高,随时间递增;而SOD水平呈下降趋势。说明自由基及其介导的脂质过氧化反应与脑水肿关系密切,很可能是脑水肿发展中的重要分子病理基础。
Free radical changes of cerebral edema were detected by electron spin-resonance (ESR) and ph-enyl-N-tert-butylnitrone (PBN) Malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and brain water content. The results showed that compared with the control group, the content of free radical, MDA and water in brain tissue of frozen injury increased significantly and increased with time, while the level of SOD showed a downward trend. These results indicate that free radicals and their lipid peroxidation are closely related to brain edema and may be the important molecular pathological basis in the development of brain edema.
