目的探讨内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽在妊娠高血压综合征发病中的作用。方法应用放射免疫分析法对58例PIH患者、50例晚期妊娠妇女和52例对照组血浆ET、CGRP含量进行测定。结果妊娠组ET水平较对照组升高(P<005);PIH组ET水平较妊娠组增高显著(P<001),轻、中、重度PIH患者各组间比较有显著差异(P<001)。PIH组血浆ET水平与舒张压呈正相关,r=0542,P<001。妊娠组CGRP水平较对照组无显著性差异(P>005);PIH组较妊娠组降低显著(P<001),轻、中、重度PIH各组间比较均有显著差异(P<005)。结论妊娠状态下,ET、CGRP参与体内血压的调节,两者平衡失调可能与PIH的发生、发展有关。因此,测定血浆ET、CGRP浓度有助于PIH的诊断和治疗。
Objective To investigate the role of endothelin and calcitonin gene related peptide in the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods The plasma levels of ET and CGRP in 58 cases of PIH, 50 cases of late pregnant women and 52 cases of control group were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with control group, ET level in pregnancy group was higher than that in control group (P <005); ET level in PIH group was significantly higher than that in pregnancy group (P <001); there was significant difference among the groups of mild, moderate and severe PIH P <001). The plasma ET level in PIH group was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure, r = 0542, P <001. The level of CGRP in pregnancy group was not significantly different from that in control group (P> 005); PIH group was significantly lower than that in pregnancy group (P <001) <005). Conclusion In pregnancy, ET and CGRP are involved in the regulation of blood pressure in vivo. The imbalance between the two may be related to the occurrence and development of PIH. Therefore, the determination of plasma ET, CGRP concentration contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of PIH.
