目的分析不同运动强度和不同时间下的有氧运动对MS患者生活质量、体脂参数及代谢水平的影响。方法选取2012年10月至2013年10月于滨州医学院附属医院门诊查体并诊断为MS的患者99例,以运动强度及运动时间的不同,按随机数字表法将其分为长时运动组、中时运动组和短时运动组,各组均进行12周的运动锻炼。结果运动后,长时运动及中时运动组简易体脂参数、体脂仪及影像学体脂参数、生活质量评分较运动前改善(P<0.05);各组FPG、FIns、HOMA-IR、体脂参数与运动前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动能提高MS患者的生活质量。长时间中度有氧训练能降低患者体脂含量,改善血脂、血糖代谢水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of different exercise intensity and aerobic exercise at different time on the quality of life, body fat parameters and metabolism of MS patients. Methods From October 2012 to October 2013, 99 patients were diagnosed as MS in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College. According to the difference of exercise intensity and exercise time, they were divided into long-term exercise Group, medium-term exercise group and short-term exercise group, each group were 12 weeks of exercise. Results After exercise, simple body fat parameters, body fat parameters, body fat parameters and quality of life scores of long-term and mid-term exercise groups were improved compared with before exercise (P <0.05). FPG, FIns, HOMA-IR, Body fat parameters compared with before exercise, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Aerobic exercise can improve the quality of life of MS patients. Long time moderate aerobic exercise can reduce the patient’s body fat content, improve blood fat, blood sugar metabolism.
