从初次合成非那西汀至今,将近一百年了。作为一种止痛退热剂,目前,已在世界各地大量生产、普遍应用。很多人知道并服用过含有非那两汀的 A、P、C。这样它对人的慢性付作用(例如:致畸、致突变、致绝育、等)如何,值得注意。关于它可能具有的致癌作用,临床的和流行病学的观察曾提供了不少证据,但是有关的实验研究工作尚少,方法不够理想,结果也不一致。对于这样一个使用较多、且有滥用倾向的止痛退热药,有进一步明确它是否致癌的必要,为此,我们以小鼠为对象、采用注射投用的方法,进行了下述实验。
