随着社会经济的发展和建筑技术水平的进步,建筑工程的发展也迎来了新的契机。可以预见的是,随着城市化的继续推进和中小城市的发展,目前全国范围内展开的建筑业热潮将会持续下去。建筑工程质量是关乎居民生活乃至城市化进程的大事,要保证建筑工程质量,需要克服目前建筑工程施工中存在的管理不严、效率低下、资质技术不过关等问题,从多方面着手,系统的予以解决。本文试就建筑工程施工质量控制的有效途径进行简要分析。
