From September 17 to September 18, 1990, the Science and Technology Committee of the Beijing Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Technology organized an expert review meeting of “Beijing First Machine Tool Plant (BYJC) CIMS Feasibility Study”. Deputy Mayor of Beijing Municipality, Director of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Industry, Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Machinery, and Director of the High Technology Department of the State Science and Technology Commission attended the meeting and spoke. The review committee fully affirmed the BYJC-CIMS feasibility study report.
