In the “Continuing Development” album of “Industry and Environment” in 1989, Lallemant and Martyn proposed their definition of sustainable development of industry, namely: “The evaluation of existing projects and future projects must be consistent with their long-term overall environmental improvement ( Including the contribution of human health, which in turn is conducive to further development and linkage.” In this article they also considered the issue of global warming related to the greenhouse effect.
