本文用ELISA法测定了51例肺癌患者血浆D—二聚体和VWF化疗前后含量。结果肺癌患者化疗前D—二聚体和VWF含量显著高于正常对照组及良性肺病组(P<0.001)。治疗缓解的患者血浆D—二聚体和VWF含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗无效或恶化者血浆D—二聚体和VWF含量持续在高值或进一步升高。肺癌患者当伴有感染和/或咯血时,血浆D—二聚体和VWF含量比无感染和/或咯血并发症时显著增高。结果提示血浆D—二聚体和VWF的测定对肺癌的诊断、判断疗效和监测疾病进展有重要价值。
In this study, the plasma levels of D-dimer and VWF before and after chemotherapy in 51 lung cancer patients were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of D-dimer and VWF in patients with lung cancer before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in normal control group and benign lung disease group (P<0.001). The plasma D-dimer and VWF levels were significantly lower in patients treated with remission than those before treatment (P<0.01), and plasma D-dimer and VWF levels continued to increase at higher values or further increased in patients who failed or deteriorated. When patients with lung cancer have infection and/or hemoptysis, plasma D-dimer and VWF levels are significantly higher than those without infection and/or hemoptysis. The results suggest that the determination of plasma D-dimer and VWF has important value in the diagnosis of lung cancer, judging the efficacy and monitoring the progression of disease.
