脑膜瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的肿瘤之一,约占颅内肿瘤的20％,但原发在中耳的脑膜瘤极为罕见。作者报告1例。 患者女性,40岁。1966年首次就诊,主诉右耳听力下降,行鼓膜切开吸出少许稀薄液体。1977年3月,除诉述听力下降外(15～20db),并伴双侧耳痛,右侧较重。同年8月行双侧鼓膜切开,吸出少量浆性液体。1978年7月因右侧耳痛,听力下降,再次行鼓膜切开,吸出大量浆液,并通过鼓膜切口可窥见鼓室内有颗粒状组织,并予活检,病理报告为脑膜瘤。1978年9月21日行右鼓室凿开术,
