防范金融风险和促进金融的发展与经济波动及金融体系的建立有密切的关联。笔者结合了理论上的认识和经济的实践发展等相关问题,认真分析了实体经济和金融体系之间的相互关系。分析的结果是,在国际金融危机爆发的前提下,实体经济和金融体系在主流经济理论探讨过程中,没有被全面的认可。处于实体经济配置资源的核心地位的是金融体系,它在实体经济的产生过程中发挥着重要作用,它是服务业中重要的一部分,它并不是与实体经济相对立的虚拟经济的一部分。因此,把握好实体经济与金融体系的密切联系程度,认真认识、分析金融体系自身的运行机制,才能更好的促进实体经济与金融体系的健康有序的发展。
The prevention of financial risks and the promotion of financial development are closely linked with economic fluctuations and the establishment of a financial system. The author combines the theoretical understanding and economic development and other related issues, carefully analyzed the real economy and the financial system of the interrelationship. As a result of the analysis, under the precondition of the outbreak of the international financial crisis, the real economy and financial system have not been fully recognized in the mainstream economic theory. At the core of resource allocation in the real economy is the financial system, which plays an important role in the real economy. It is an important part of the service industry. It is not part of the fictitious economy that is opposed to the real economy. Therefore, a firm grasp of the close ties between the real economy and the financial system and a careful understanding and analysis of the operational mechanism of the financial system can better promote the healthy and orderly development of the real economy and the financial system.
