研究了甲胺磷和氧化乐果 2种杀虫剂对褐飞虱体内共生菌数量的影响。结果表明 ,经这 2种杀虫剂处理 ,共生菌数量均低于对照。低龄若虫经不同浓度的甲胺磷处理后 ,其羽化后的短翅雌成虫共生菌数量明显低于对照 ,一般比对照减少 50 %以上 ,最低的仅为对照的 19.4 2 % ,并且其共生菌数量随浓度的增高而减少。短翅雌成虫处理后 ,其共生菌的数量也比对照减少 11.51%~33.36% ,但不同的浓度之间无显著差异。用氧化乐果处理褐飞虱短翅雌成虫 2d ,结果与甲胺磷相似 ,共生菌减少 2 4 .78%~ 36.0 9% ;而 4d后 ,其共生菌数量减少近 50 %以上 ,最低的仅剩 18 1%。
The effects of methamidophos and omethoate on the number of commensal bacteria in the planthopper were studied. The results showed that after these two kinds of insecticide treatment, the number of symbiotic bacteria were lower than the control. After being treated with different concentrations of methamidophos, the number of symbionts of the young Braconidae after emergence was significantly lower than that of the control, which was generally reduced by more than 50% compared with the control and the lowest was only 19.4 2% of the control, and the symbiotic bacteria The amount decreased with increasing concentration. The results showed that the number of commensal bacteria decreased by 11.51% -33.36% compared with the control, but there was no significant difference between different concentrations. Omethoate treatment of brown planthopper female adult 2d, the results with methamidophos similar symbiotic bacteria decreased 24.78% ~ 36.0 9%; and after 4d, the number of symbiotic bacteria decreased by nearly 50%, the lowest remaining 18 1%.
