引言在高重复率脉冲电路中,元件损耗是设计必须考虑的一个重要因素。精确的损耗计算方法对确定效率和设计散热用冷却系统是必不可少的。在高压系统中,介质损耗可能是功率损耗的主要部分。电容器中的全部能量消耗是介质损耗、接头损耗、电晕损耗、引线损耗和集肤效应损耗之和。介质损耗还取决于温度、电压和频率,这就使准确确定损耗值复杂化。总损耗可用“等效串联电阻”或其英文缩写ESR来表示。近年来,一些新的制造方法和低耗介质的采用,已把ESR值降得很低。已提出了一些电气测量方法,但都附带一定的假设和约束条件,从而使宽工作参数范围内
Introduction In high repetition rate pulse circuits, component loss is an important factor that must be considered in design. Precise loss calculation methods are essential for determining efficiency and designing cooling systems for cooling. In high-voltage systems, dielectric loss can be a major part of power loss. The total energy consumption in a capacitor is the sum of dielectric loss, junction loss, corona loss, lead loss, and skin effect loss. Dielectric losses also depend on temperature, voltage and frequency, which complicates the accurate determination of loss values. Total loss can be “equivalent series resistance” or its English abbreviation ESR to represent. In recent years, some new manufacturing methods and the use of low-loss media have lowered the ESR value very low. Some electrical measurement methods have been proposed, but all have certain assumptions and constraints that will enable a wide range of operating parameters
