设计了一套基于LabVIEW的自动化系统,实现离心铸造机生产参数的实时监测。以浙江永成集团ZJ013860型离心铸造机为研究对象,搭建了一台大型离心铸造机过程监测的虚拟仪器系统,实现了振动监测、转速监测和温度监测可视化程序。仿真实验对温度、转速和振动加速度进行了验证,结果表明系统设计方案可行,设计的系统提高了离心铸造过程重要参数监测的精确性和可视化,对生产过程的数据化、智能化和安全监测有一定的实用价值。
A set of automation system based on LabVIEW is designed to realize real-time monitoring of production parameters of centrifugal casting machine. Taking Zhejiang Yongcheng Group ZJ013860 Centrifugal Casting Machine as the research object, a virtual instrument system for process monitoring of large-scale centrifugal casting machine was set up, and the visualization procedures of vibration monitoring, speed monitoring and temperature monitoring were realized.
