1963年11月20日,因为毛泽东同志的亲笔批示,“枫桥经验”成为全国政法战线的一面旗帜。“枫桥经验”起于公安,又走向了各条战线。作为中职教育战线一名班主任,班级管理的成效,直接关系到学校教育教学目标的实现,关系到学生专业技能的提高和思想、道德、素养的养成。为此,我们积极探索中职班级管理新思路,运用“枫桥经验”精神来指导班级教育管理实践。一、运用“枫桥经验”“依靠群众”的精神,整合管理力量,提升班级管理效能
