我国餐厨垃圾产生量与日俱增,催生了许多环境和食品安全问题。将餐厨垃圾无害化处理生产成能源,是一条高效的利用途径,既可以获得清洁能源又能减少污染排放,是目前研究的热点。本文结合我国餐厨垃圾的特点,通过对餐厨垃圾除杂分离预处理、生物柴油绿色生产、高效厌氧发酵等关键技术进行攻关,优化集成油气肥多模块,建立了餐厨垃圾联产生物柴油、生物燃气和生物有机肥的综合利用技术体系,有力地促进了餐厨垃圾资源化利用产业化的发展。
The amount of food waste generated by our country grows with each passing day, which has given birth to many environmental and food safety issues. Harmless treatment of food waste into energy, is an efficient way to use both clean energy and reduce emissions, is currently the focus of research. Combining with the characteristics of food waste in our country, the key technologies such as the separation and pretreatment of food waste, the green production of biodiesel and the efficient anaerobic fermentation are researched to optimize the integration of multi-module of oil and gas fertilizer, and the co-production of food waste Diesel, biogas and bio-organic fertilizer comprehensive utilization of technology system, effectively promoted the utilization of food waste recycling industrialization.
