本文采用复合电镀——固渗铝两步法在M38G高温合金上制取了NiAl—CeO_2复合涂层。与单渗铝涂层和镀镍渗铝涂层进行比较,研究了这些涂层的高温静态氧化、循环氧化以及涂盐热腐蚀性能。用不连续称重测量了各类涂层的动力学曲线。用金相方法观察断面组织,用扫描电镜及电子探针分析断面元素分布,用X射线衍射分析氧化产物。
In this paper, NiAl-CeO 2 composite coating was prepared on M38G superalloy by composite electroplating-solid-aluminizing two-step method. Compared with single aluminizing coating and nickel-plated aluminizing coating, the high-temperature static oxidation, cyclic oxidation and hot corrosion resistance of these coatings were studied. The kinetic curves of various coatings were measured by discontinuous weighing. The microstructure was observed by metallography, and the elemental distributions were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and electron probe. The oxidation products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.
