小平同志南巡讲话之后,中国的市场经济飞速发展。这一阶段民营企业的业态变化很大,不仅仅是传统的产业、行业发展迅速,高科技等一些新兴产业也迅速发展。同时,民营企业的成员构成也发生了很大的变化。过去干民营企业的多为个体户,总体文化水平不高,1992年以后,原国有企业中相当一批佼佼者开始下海,机关干部、高学历、高技术的人才成了“吃螃蟹”的勇士,他们的特点是运用科学的经营管理理念管理企业,用创新精神引领企业发展。翻看大连优秀民营企业榜单,我们不难发现这些特点。这个阶段被称为民营企业发展的第二阶段,即高学历、高技术企业家群落诞生阶段。

After 1992, a considerable number of former state-owned enterprises began to go to sea, and government officials, highly educated, and highly skilled personnel became “crabs”. Warriors, they are characterized by the use of scientific management concepts to manage the company, with innovative spirit to lead the development of enterprises. Looking at the list of outstanding private enterprises in Dalian, we can easily find these characteristics. This stage is called the second stage of the development of private enterprises, that is, the birth stage of highly educated and high-tech entrepreneurial communities.
