一、实行自主管理的必要性(一)实行自主管理是社会主义制度性质决定的。在我国企业中,广大职工既是劳动者,也是企业的主人,主人管理自己的事务是理所当然的事情。社会主义公有制的本质要求我们实行不同于西方的“参与管理”和日本的“家族主义”的管理。职工自主管理正是保障职工当家做主地位和权力的基本前提。要确保职工的主人翁地位,不能把依靠工人阶级光挂在嘴边,而是要让职工有家可当、有主会做、有事能管。
I. The Necessity of Implementing Autonomous Management (1) The implementation of autonomous management is determined by the nature of the socialist system. In our country’s enterprises, the majority of employees are both laborers and owners of enterprises. It is a matter of course for the owner to manage his affairs. The essence of socialist public ownership requires us to implement management that is different from the Western “involvement management” and Japan’s “familialism”. Employees’ self-management is the basic prerequisite for ensuring that employees are the masters of their positions and their power. To ensure the ownership of the workers, we must not rely on the working class to hang on, but we must make the employees have a home, the Lord will do, and things can manage.
