Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of three kinds of polishing methods on the repair of wedge-shaped defects. Methods: One hundred and fifty patients who needed wedge-shaped defect of bilateral premolar first premolar were randomly divided into Sof-lex discs system polishing group, Super-snap system polishing group and emery wheel polishing model + rubber cup polishing group. Each group of patients Each 50 cases, each with 100 teeth. Each group of patients used 3M Z350 nanocomposite resin to fill the wedge-shaped defect. After the repair was completed, the three kinds of polishing methods were used for polishing. After half a year, 1 a, 2 a review, USPH & Ryge evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the data using SPSS17.0 package χ ~ 2 test. Results: There was no significant difference in the secondary caries, marginal adhesion, edge coloring, surface roughness, color matching, wear and gum health after 6 and 1 year after the composite resin was polished by three kinds of polishing methods. 2a after 3 groups, secondary caries, edge adhesion, edge coloring, abrasion, color matching were significantly different, Sof-lex discs system polishing group, Super-snap system polishing group was significantly better than the carborundum polishing needle repair + Rubber cup polishing group, the rest of the no significant difference. Conclusion: After the wedge-shaped defect composite resin filling treatment, Sof-lex discs system and Super-snap system polishing can reduce the occurrence of secondary caries, edge coloring and abrasion, and maintain the close edge of the resin, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
