对红树植物海芒果中的化学成分进行研究。采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,得到单体化合物,通过理化性质及1D,2D NMR方法确定了化合物结构。分离得到1个新的单萜类化合物,命名为(2E,6S)-8-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-2-octenoic acid(1)。10个已知化合物鉴定为cerbinal(2),cerberidol(3),2α,3β,24-trihydroxyolea-12en-28oic acid(4),4,4,9,7-tetrahydroxy-3,3-dimethoxy-7,9-epoxylignan(5),(-)-olovil(6),(+)-cycloolivil(7),naringenin-7-glucoside(8),aromadendrin(9),naringenine(10)和(+)-dihydroquercetin(11)。化合物4,5,8-11为首次从该植物中分得。
The chemical composition of the mangrove sea mango was studied. A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify, and monomer compounds were obtained. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and 1D, 2D NMR methods. One new monoterpenoid compound was isolated and named (2E, 6S)-8-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-2-octenoic acid (1). 10 known compounds identified as cerbinal(2), cerberidol(3), 2α, 3β, 24-trihydroxyolea-12en-28oic acid(4), 4,4,9,7-tetrahydroxy-3,3-dimethoxy-7 ,9-epoxylignan (5), (-)-olovil (6), (+)-cycloolivil (7), naringenin-7-glucoside (8), aromadendrin (9), naringenine (10) and (+)-dihydroquercetin (11). Compounds 4, 5, and 8-11 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
