小学班级管理面对的是儿童,是班主任、科任教师和全班学生共同参与的管理,是寻求班级和学生发展的管理。作为班主任要用爱心对待每一位学生,尊重并保护学生权益,提倡学生自主参与班级管理,建立多元评价机制,促进不同层次、不同个性学生的发展。要想管理好一个班级,管理艺术很重要,对不同的学生要有不同的办法,而不是千篇一律。有些学生一点即通,有些则要细心长谈。虽然要区别对待,但有一项工作是相同的,那就是谈心。
Primary school class management is faced with children, is the teacher in charge of classes, subjects teachers and the entire class of students involved in the management, is to seek management of class and student development. As a teacher in charge, we should treat each and every student with love, respect and protect students’ rights and interests, encourage students to participate in class management autonomously, establish a multiple evaluation mechanism to promote the development of students of different levels and different qualities. To manage a class, it is important to manage the arts, and to have different approaches to different students, not to be stereotyped. Some students get through, others will be careful. Although different treatment, but one job is the same, that is to talk.
