随着中国由计划经济转入市场经济,中国的经济结构与人才结构都迈入了转型时期。改革开放的机遇,企业变革的洪流造就了一大批中小企业,随之一批年轻优秀的企业家也成长起来。但由于中国市场经济初发展的不稳定性与不成熟性,很多企业都迅速沉浮,并没有形成长期稳定的发展模式,这也使中国的企业家精神缺乏先天成长的土壤。加上政府政策的相对不宽容以及恶性斗争以谋利的市场环境,企业家精神的后天发展也受到了制约。本文将从社会学的角度来探析中国企业家精神匮乏的原因。
As China moves from a planned economy to a market economy, both China’s economic structure and talent structure have entered a transition period. The opportunities of reform and opening up, and the torrent of corporate reforms have created a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, and they have grown up with a group of young and outstanding entrepreneurs. However, due to the instability and immaturity of the initial development of China’s market economy, many companies have rapidly gone up and down, and have not formed a long-term and stable development model, which also makes China’s entrepreneurial spirit lack the congenital growth of the soil. In addition, the relative incompatibility of government policies and the vicious struggle for a profitable market environment have also constrained the development of entrepreneurial spirit. This article will explore the reasons for the lack of entrepreneurship in China from the perspective of sociology.
