在摇动包中利用氧气脱磷脱硫制球铁最近广泛采用直接利用高炉铁水制造钢锭模。另外锭模材质球铁的比普通灰铁好,所以迫切需要用高炉铁水制造球铁。但是一般炼钢用高炉铁水含磷量特别高,简单地用通常处理方法难于得到韧性好的球铁。鉴于摇动包具有良好的精炼性能,进行了利用摇动包对高炉铁水精炼试验,即利用摇动包正反摇动作用能迅速而稳定地促进铁水和炉渣之间的反应。用氧气精吹试验证实了能在短时间内达到脱磷的效果,容易地制成球铁。
