The establishment of a contract management supervision system “Contract management supervision system” was founded by Xingtai Xinlei Building Material Group in its core enterprise cement plant. The factory is a state-owned enterprise established in the 1950s. It has an existing asset of 200 million yuan and an annual cement production capacity of 500,000 tons. It is the largest vertical kiln cement manufacturer in Hebei Province.
