随着教育的改革,新形势下的教育系统,针对优先发展教育,建设人力资源大国,电大的远程教育、开放式教育应该不断完善,对电大的人才培养模式以及教学管理工作等也应该有新的要求。对于电大教务管理工作来说,必须与时俱进,紧密的围绕构建终身教育体系,必须切实推行开放教育改革和创新,以确保电大现代化远程开放教育的持续健康发展,为国家输送更多的应用型人才。电大教务工作者在教育体系中充当重要角色,其管理能力的好坏直接影响教育的好坏,因此,加强电大教务工作者的管理能力是必行之举。下面,笔者就电大教务工作者的管理能力途径说一下自己的看法。
