针对结构的轻量化设计与抗疲劳设计的要求相矛盾问题,本文把疲劳约束加入到某型运输机机翼翼肋轻量化拓扑优化设计中。基于结构疲劳寿命分析,提出了一种把疲劳约束处理为应力约束的方法。采用O ptiS truct结合多工况下的基结构法,完成了翼肋的拓扑优化并进行工程化处理,结果表明本文方法优化的拓扑结构应力分布均匀,结构保留合理。
In view of the contradiction between the lightweight design of the structure and the requirement of anti-fatigue design, this paper adds the fatigue constraint to the optimization design of the wing rib of a certain type of transport aircraft. Based on the structural fatigue life analysis, a method of treating fatigue constraints as stress constraints is proposed. Using O ptiS truct combined with the foundation structure method under multi-working conditions, the topological optimization of the ribs is completed and the engineering treatment is performed. The results show that the topological structure optimized by this method has a uniform stress distribution and a reasonable structure retention.
