目的了解泉州市4株血抑试验低反应性H3N2亚型流感病毒HA1基因变异特征。方法选取2009年分离的4株血抑低反应性H3N2流感病毒,进行HA片段核苷酸序列测定并用Mega软件制作种系进化树,进行基因进化特征分析。结果 4株低反应性分离株基本在同一进化枝上,与2004-2008年中国代表株及2007-2009年的WHO疫苗推荐株处于不同的分枝上,呈典型梯形树型,树的主干很长,基本是按毒株出现的时间先后发展,时间间隔越久,进化距离越远。结论本次分离4株流感毒株虽然血凝滴度较高,但血抑效价均较低而无法判断亚型,是因血凝抑制试验低反应性,这与流感病毒基因组发生点突变,产生抗原漂移,使病毒表面抗原容易变异有关,本次结果显示A/H3N2的基因变异和抗原变异比较吻合。
Objective To investigate the variation of HA1 gene in 4 strains of hemolytic test hyporesponsive H3N2 subtype influenza virus in Quanzhou. Methods Four strains of H3N2 hypoxemic H3N2 influenza virus isolated in 2009 were selected for DNA sequencing of HA fragments. Conclusion Although the titer of hemagglutination is high, the titer of blood serum is low and the subtype can not be judged because of the low titer of hemagglutination inhibition test, which is related to the mutation of influenza virus genome, Resulting in antigen drift, so that the virus surface antigen easily mutated, the results showed that A / H3N2 genetic variation and antigenic variation is more consistent.
