用不同规格,厂家的七台多层绝热液氮容器进行了充满率对蒸发率影响的测试。结果得到蒸发率随充满率变化的三种类型曲线,即平直型,下降型和上升型。计算表明:充满率从90%降低到10%时,下降型和上升型容器蒸发率分别减少和增加幅度达到10—160%。因此提出,在测定蒸发率时必须考虑充满率的影响。文中通过对平均蒸发率和最佳充满率的讨论,找出了消除这种影响的办法。最后建议蒸发率的测定应统一规定在最佳充满率40%左右进行较为合理。其结果不仅能真实可靠地反映产品绝热性能,而且经济效果明显。
With different specifications, the manufacturer of seven multi-layer insulation liquid nitrogen container filled with a rate of evaporation test. The results obtained three types of curves of the evaporation rate changes with the filling rate, that is, straight type, descending type and ascending type. The calculation shows that when the filling rate is reduced from 90% to 10%, the descending and rising vessel evaporation rates decrease and increase by 10-160% respectively. It is therefore proposed that the influence of the fullness must be taken into account when determining the evaporation rate. Through the discussion of the average evaporation rate and the best filling rate, we find out the way to eliminate this effect. The final recommendations of the determination of the evaporation rate should be uniform provisions of the optimal filling rate of about 40% more reasonable. The result can not only reflect the product’s thermal insulation performance reliably but also have obvious economic effect.
