目的:应用SF-36量表评价长期步行锻炼对围绝经期综合征妇女生活质量的影响。方法:选择无锻炼习惯的围绝经期综合征妇女106例,随机分为锻炼组55例和对照组51例,锻炼组行走锻炼6个月,每周5次,每次50 m in,对照组不进行运动干预,保持原有生活方式。锻炼组和对照组均于实验3个月、6个月进行SF-36量表测评。结果:经6个月行走锻炼后,更年期妇女的躯体功能(PF)、躯体角色(RP)、总健康(GH)、生命力(VT)、情感角色(RE)、心理健康(MH)的得分明显提高(P<0.05);躯体疼痛(BP)、社会功能(SF)在训练全过程中变化不明显。结论:步行锻炼对提高围绝经期妇女的生活质量有积极的促进作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of long-term walking exercise on quality of life in perimenopausal women using SF-36 scale. Methods: 106 women with perimenopausal syndrome who did not exercise habit were randomly divided into exercise group (n = 55) and control group (n = 51). The exercise group walked for 6 months and took 5 times a week for 50 m in each. The control group Do not exercise intervention to maintain the original way of life. Exercise group and control group were in the experiment 3 months, 6 months SF-36 scale assessment. Results: After six months’ walking exercise, the score of physical function (PF), body function (RP), total health (GH), vitality (VT), emotional role (RE) and mental health (MH) (P <0.05). Body pain (BP) and social function (SF) did not change significantly during the whole training. Conclusion: Walking exercise can improve the life quality of perimenopausal women positively.
