神经纤维瘤病(NF)是最常见的遗传病之一，包括Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病(NF1)和Ⅱ型神经纤维瘤病(NF2)两种类型。NF1又称为Von-Reckling-hausen's病，发病率为1／2500～1／3000，主要表现是在有神经存在的组织中发生神经纤维瘤(即神经组织非致命性的过度增生)。
