近年来,在以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央提出了社会主义法治理念的先进性思想,这为我国建设和发展具有中国特色的社会主义社会提供了明确的政治方向和科学的政治理论。公平正义作为社会主义法治理念的基本内涵之一,对我们法律工作者来说尤为应当受到重视。本文主要以社会主义法治理念为核心,浅谈对践行社会主义法治理念的想法。
In recent years, the party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary has put forward the advanced nature of the socialist concept of the rule of law. This has provided a clear political direction and a scientific political theory for our country to build and develop a socialist society with Chinese characteristics. As one of the basic connotations of the concept of socialist rule of law, fair and justice should be paid more attention to by our legal workers. This article mainly takes the socialist concept of the rule of law as the core and discusses the idea of practicing the concept of the socialist rule of law.
