目的:探讨Fas和Bax蛋白在食管鳞癌术前放疗前后的表达及其与放疗敏感性的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测56例放疗前胃镜活检标本及放疗后食管癌根治性切除术后标本Fas和Bax蛋白的表达水平。结果:放疗前后食管癌组织中Fas蛋白表达分别为0.47±0.23和0.61±0.17,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;放疗前后食管癌组织中Bax蛋白表达为0.44±0.20和0.54±0.21,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。放疗前后Fas和Bax蛋白表达呈正相关,P<0.05。放疗前Fas和Bax蛋白表达与放疗后X线分级呈负相关,P<0.05;而放疗后Fas和Bax蛋白表达与放疗后X线分级无明显相关性,P>0.05。结论:Fas和Bax蛋白是反映中晚期食管鳞癌肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性和判断术前放疗效果的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Fas and Bax protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma before and after radiotherapy and its relationship with radiosensitivity. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Fas and Bax protein in 56 cases of gastric cancer biopsy before radiotherapy and after radical resection of esophageal cancer. Results: The expressions of Fas protein in esophageal cancer tissues before and after radiotherapy were 0.47 ± 0.23 and 0.61 ± 0.17, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The expressions of Bax protein in esophageal cancer before and after radiotherapy were 0.44 ± 0.20 and 0.54 ± 0.21, respectively No statistical significance, P> 0.05. There was a positive correlation between Fas and Bax protein expression before and after radiotherapy (P <0.05). The expression of Fas and Bax before radiotherapy was negatively correlated with the radiological grade after radiotherapy (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of Fas and Bax after radiotherapy and the radiological classification of radiotherapy (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of Fas and Bax are important indexes to reflect the radiosensitivity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and evaluate the effect of preoperative radiotherapy.
