目的:建立狼毒药材中5种有害元素的检测方法和限量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)对14批狼毒药材中的有害元素进行测定和方法研究,并与原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定结果进行比对。结果:根据14批样品的测定结果,制定了狼毒药材中有害元素的限量。结论:狼毒中铅、砷、镉、铜和汞5种有害元素可采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)和原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)检测,为狼毒质量控制提供了有效的方法。
Objective: To establish the detection methods and limits of 5 kinds of harmful elements in Stellera chamaejasme herbs. Methods: The harmful elements in 14 bats of Radix Asarum were determined and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and compared with the results of atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Results: Based on the determination results of 14 batches of samples, the limit of harmful elements in Stellera chamaejasme was established. Conclusion: The five harmful elements of lead, arsenic, cadmium, copper and mercury in Stellera chamaejasme could be detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) method.
