本文以甲基丙烯酸树脂为主要控释材料制备了一种含氨茶碱、苯巴比妥和盐酸麻黄素的复方控释片,比较了该片与市售氨茶碱控释片、普通片和三药的水混悬液在兔体内的生物等效性。结果表明四种制剂在吸收速度(Ka和t_(max))有显著性差异(p<0.05),而在吸收程度(AUC.~∞)基本等效(p>0.05)。氨茶碱在兔体内的吸收均为一级动力学过程而与制剂无关。
