本文作者研究无机氟化物对雌性大鼠角膜上皮细胞有丝分裂活性及骨髓染色体的影响。实验动物分别吸入含3.0、1.0及0.5毫克氟/米~3的冰晶石(Na_8AlF_6),每天接触6小时,每周6天,共5个月;另一组吸入0.5毫克氟/米~3冰晶石及0.35毫克的氟化氢混合气体。每次试验取4只大鼠作细胞发生的分析,骨髓标本用azure-eosin染色。中期的全部染色体及染色单体的畸变类型都予以考虑,但分析时,只选择了未被损伤的典型的42个染色体的中期
The authors investigated the effect of inorganic fluoride on mitotic activity of corneal epithelial cells and bone marrow chromosomes in female rats. The experimental animals inhaled cryolite (Na_8AlF_6) containing 3.0, 1.0 and 0.5 mg F / m ~ 3 respectively for 6 hours a day and 6 days a week for 5 months.
