5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)是一种重要的生物基材料单体,具有非常广泛的应用价值。果糖等己糖选择性脱水是制备5-羟甲基糠醛的主要方法之一。本文首先从催化剂的角度出发,介绍了近年来不同均相和多相酸性催化剂在该反应中的应用。按照反应溶剂体系进行分类,总结了近年来该领域中不同溶剂体系的研究进展,包括双相溶剂体系、亚/超临界流体溶剂体系和离子液体溶剂体系等。最后,指出了新型多相酸性催化剂以及高效溶剂体系的开发和改进是该领域将来主要的研究方向。
5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is an important bio-based material monomer, has a very wide range of applications. Selective dehydration of fructose and other hexoses is one of the main methods for preparing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural. This article first from the catalyst point of view, introduced in recent years different homogeneous and heterogeneous acid catalyst in the reaction. According to the classification of reaction solvent system, the research progress of different solvent systems in this field in recent years are summarized, including biphasic solvent system, sub / supercritical fluid solvent system and ionic liquid solvent system. Finally, it is pointed out that the development and improvement of novel heterogeneous acid catalysts and efficient solvent systems are the main research directions in the future.
