目的了解上海浦东地区市售水产品中食源性致病菌的污染情况,为食源性疾病的预防和控制提供依据。方法对2015年1—12月浦东新区连续监测的501件水产品中7种食源性致病菌监测数据进行整理分析。结果 501份水产品样本中7种食源性致病菌的总体检出率为32.9%(165/501)。检出率位于前三位的依次是副溶血性弧菌(31.1%)、单核细胞增生李斯特菌(2.2%)和沙门菌(0.4%)。市售水产品中食源性致病菌的检出率存在明显的季节性,8—11月份相对较高。淡水产品中食源性致病菌的总体检出率明显高于海水产品(45.6%vs 16.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=72.040,P<0.001)。结论浦东新区市售水产品中存在一定程度的食源性致病菌污染,尤其是夏季更为严重,其中副溶血性弧菌依然是最主要的致病菌。
Objective To understand the contamination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in commercially available aquatic products in Shanghai Pudong area and provide the basis for the prevention and control of food-borne diseases. Methods The data of 7 foodborne pathogens from 501 aquatic products continuously monitored in Pudong New Area from January to December in 2015 were analyzed. Results The overall detection rate of 7 foodborne pathogens in 501 samples was 32.9% (165/501). The highest detection rates were Vibrio parahaemolyticus (31.1%), Listeria monocytogenes (2.2%) and Salmonella (0.4%). The detection rate of food-borne pathogens in commercial aquatic products is obviously seasonal, which is relatively high from August to November. The overall detection rate of foodborne pathogens in freshwater products was significantly higher than that of seawater products (45.6% vs 16.5%) (χ ~ 2 = 72.040, P <0.001). Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa is still the most important pathogen in commercial aquatic products in Pudong New Area.
