MH(Maleic Hgdrazide)又名青鲜素、马来酰肼,是近年来试用于荔枝,柑桔等果树作为调节枝梢生长和抑制种子发育之用。现将华南农业大学园艺系等提供的测定其残留量的方法介绍如下。原理:酰肼在碱和锌的水溶液作用下可被还原并水解放出联氨,水蒸汽蒸馏出联氨,它与对一二甲氨基苯甲醛产生吖嗪(agine),吖嗪的酸性盐溶液呈黄色,在455nm下比色测定。本法灵敏度1ppm以下。
