microRNA(miRNA)是一类单链、短序列、非编码RNA,主要在转录后水平调控靶基因的表达,它几乎参与所有的细胞生物学过程,包括个体发育、细胞分化、增殖、凋亡等。大量研究表明,miRNA参与多种肿瘤的发生、发展和预后,起到肿瘤抑制因子或者致癌基因的作用。全文主要介绍miRNA在非小细胞肺癌中的研究进展以及对诊断和治疗的重要意义。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of single-stranded, short-sequence, non-coding RNAs that regulate the expression of a target gene mainly at the post-transcriptional level and are involved in almost all cellular processes, including individual development, cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis . A large number of studies have shown that miRNA is involved in the occurrence, development and prognosis of many kinds of tumors and plays a role of tumor suppressor or oncogene. The full text mainly introduces the research progress of miRNA in non-small cell lung cancer and its significance for diagnosis and treatment.
