报导了采用硫酸亚铁浸出法从印度Orissa的低品位矿石回收锰的研究结果。在试验室规模的试验中,详细研究了包括搅拌速度、硫酸亚铁用量、固-液比、温度、浸出时间和粒度的各项过程参数,并且确定了最佳条件。也研究了用硫酸亚铁浸出矿石时,酸添加量的影响。本试验的结果与用合成酸洗溶液处理矿石的结果做了对比,并且还研究了矿石预还原的影响。
Reported the results of manganese recovery from low grade ore from Orissa, India, using ferrous sulphate leaching. In laboratory-scale experiments, various process parameters including stirring rate, ferrous sulfate dosage, solid-liquid ratio, temperature, leaching time and particle size were studied in detail and the optimum conditions were determined. The effect of acid addition when iron ore was leached with ferrous sulfate was also studied. The results of this test are compared with the results of treating ores with a synthetic pickling solution and the effects of ore prereduction are also studied.
