目的:分析山茱萸生长地土壤中无机元素对山茱萸药材质量的影响。方法:对各产区山茱萸药材及土壤中无机元素进行测定;对山茱萸药材中的马钱苷、熊果酸、多糖、鞣质、总有机酸、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物进行测定;分析土壤中无机元素与山茱萸药材质量的相关性。结果:三个主产区内,山茱萸药材各化学成分含量没有明显差异,山茱萸药材中马钱苷、水溶性浸出物的含量都符合2010年版中国药典规定;土壤中Fe、Mn、K无机元素对山茱萸药材化学指标影响较显著,其他无机元素对山茱萸药材化学指标不具有显著性影响。结论:通过化学成分和土壤无机元素的相关性分析,为山茱萸适宜栽培区域的选择及山茱萸规范化种植提供参考。
Objective: To analyze the effect of inorganic elements in the soil of Cornus officinalis on the quality of Cornus officinalis. Methods: The determination of inorganic elements in the medicinal materials and soil of Cornus officinalis in different producing areas; the determination of loganin, ursolic acid, polysaccharides, tannins, total organic acids, water-soluble extracts and alcohol- Analysis of the correlation between soil inorganic elements and the quality of Cornus officinalis. Results: There was no significant difference in the contents of chemical constituents of Cornus officinalis from the three main producing areas. The contents of loganin and water-soluble extracts of Cornus officinalis L. were in accordance with the requirements of the 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Fe, Mn and K inorganic elements The chemical indexes of Fructus Corni had a significant impact, while other inorganic elements did not have significant effects on the chemical indexes of Fructus Corni. Conclusion: The analysis of the correlation between chemical composition and inorganic elements in soil provides a reference for suitable planting area of Cornus officinalis and standardized cultivation of Cornus officinalis.
