在我国经济的快速发展,社会地位不断提高的浪潮下,国人对教育的重视程度、关注度不断增加,伴随着我国教育体制的不断改革,我国的教育正在经历着由应试教育到素质教育的阶段,而且逐渐打破“成绩至上”的传统观念,对学生多方位、全方面的发展提出了更高的要求。小学阶段,作为九年义务教育的开端,对学生日后的学习、发挥奠定了重要的基础。班主任作为班级的管理者,与学生积极构建和谐的师生关系,对班级的发展具有重要的作用,因此有必要对如何与学生进行良好的沟通进行探讨,帮助学生取得更好的发展。
