选址决策在推进海洋能多能互补发电的实用化和产业化的进程中起重要作用。构建选址决策模型,将影响选址决策不可公度、相互制约的因素系统化。建立评价指标体系规范化方法及方案比选预处理方法。提出适用于求解该模型的多属性决策方法——改进的层次分析法(analytical hierarchy process,AHP),并引入集体决策理论。通过中国重点资助的500 k W海洋能独立电力系统示范工程来论证模型及求解方法的科学性、适用性及可行性。
Site selection plays an important role in the practical and industrialization of marine multi-energy generation. Building site selection decision-making model, will affect the location decision-making unacceptable, systematic constraints of factors. Establishing a standardized method of evaluation index system and comparison and selection of pretreatment methods. A multi-attribute decision-making method (AHP), which is suitable for solving this model, is proposed and the theory of collective decision-making is introduced. The scientific, applicability and feasibility of the model and solution method are demonstrated through a demonstration project of a 500 kW ocean independent power system funded by China.
